  • [08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Frozen raw chicken stored over frozen raw lobster and frozen raw beef observed inside white stand alone freezers. Discussed with operator.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwave interior.
