Most Common Violations

City Breakdown
Where were inspectors busiest in Pasco County?
Land O’ Lakes had only 6 inspections but 23 critical violations — that’s 3.8 critical violations per inspection, the highest ratio in the county. Lutz led the county with 41 inspections and a concerning 110 critical violations, averaging 2.7 critical violations per inspection.
What This Means
February’s data paints a mixed picture for Pasco County. While national chains like Chipotle, Subway, and Jersey Mike’s consistently pass clean, some local spots are struggling with basic food safety fundamentals.
The good news? These are fixable problems. Hair nets, thermometer calibration, and proper food storage aren’t expensive — they just require attention and training.
